Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Decide if you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, a store credit with a bonus, or a direct exchange for a different size.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags and the bio-based garment bags are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
